They’re vacuum-sealed for freshness and ready to go when you are. Each cake serves 6-8 and comes with a resealable lid. Just open the can, slice, remove paper liner and eat – that’s it!

Use the plastic lid to reseal any unused portion – will last 7 to 10 days once opened if kept relatively cool and out of direct sunlight (longer if refrigerated).

Made by the same company who made all of the C-Ration Pound Cakes used by our troops during the Vietnam War, they have an extremely long history and an amazing shelf life of 10+ years. In fact, since they are vacuum sealed, they will remain fresh and will last as long as the can remains sealed – and that will be well beyond 10+ years!
